Visit The Yoga Republic & ask a friend or staff member to video you and set the timer

For the SOLO challenge,
Grab the Inertia Wave SOLO
Follow the instruction videos and get into position
Wave for as long as you can!

For the DUO challenge,
Grab a partner and the Inertia Wave DUO
Follow the instruction videos and get into position
Wave for as long as you can!
Step Six
Upload the video of your Wave Session and tag @inertia_wave_sa
